  1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
    We accept all major International credit cards through Stripe.

    VISA / Delta / Visa Electron
    MasterCard / EuroCard

    We also accept all debit cards (eg. Dankort) with Visa or MasterCard logos.

  2. PAYMENT THROUGH STRIPE
    All of our orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.

  3. PRICING
    All prices are put i Danish Kroner and is inclusive VAT. All products are sent to you from Copenhagen, Denmark, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout. Bouquet Residence retains the right to change prices at any time.

  4. DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PARCELS
    If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.

  5. RETURNS
    Please contact us before returning any items. And be aware that every artwork is made by hand and that imperfections can occur due to the handmade process and that they are part of the artwork and not defects. Also colour can occur slightly different from the website to the physical product.

    Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
    Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
    Returned goods should be protected in a box. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer. When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
    Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

  6. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
    Please note: Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
    If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

  7. CONFIRMATION
    When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
